CNC Laser Cutting
Clean, burr-free fiber laser cutting of steel, stainless and aluminum.
- Process
- CNC fiber laser
- Materials
- Mild steel · stainless · aluminum · brass · copper
- Typical tolerance
- ± 0.1 mm on sheet; thickness dependent
- Cut quality
- Graded to ISO 9013
Overview
Fiber laser cutting produces clean, accurate profiles with minimal heat distortion in carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and copper. Parts are nested automatically to reduce scrap and keep your cost per part down, from single prototypes to large production batches.
Our capabilities
- 01Profiles, holes and slots in one operation
- 02Automatic nesting to reduce material waste
- 03Etched part numbers for traceability
- 04Tight repeatability across production runs
- 05Ready for bending, welding or coating
- 06Handles thin sheet to heavy plate

FAQs
Where are the parts made?
At our own plant in GIDC Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Engineering, the tool room, fabrication, machining, finishing and testing all happen on the same site.
Who do I deal with?
Our engineering team is your single point of contact, from quote to delivery and after-sales service.
What files do you accept?
DXF, DWG, STEP and PDF drawings. We can also work from sketches or samples through our design service.
Can we inspect parts before dispatch?
Yes. Your inspectors or a third-party inspection agency are welcome at the plant for stage and final inspection.
What are typical lead times?
Lead time depends on the part, quantity and material availability. Every quote states a firm delivery date.
