Policy statement

Akshar Dies & Tools is committed to supplying fabricated products, tooling and engineering services that meet our customers' requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, first time and on time.

To achieve this we will:

• Maintain and continually improve a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015.
• Understand each customer's drawings, specifications and inspection requirements before production begins.
• Qualify our welding procedures and welders to ASME Section IX and EN ISO 9606.
• Control materials and processes, with traceability from raw material to finished product.
• Inspect and test to agreed inspection and test plans, and release nothing that does not conform.
• Set measurable quality objectives and review them at management review.
• Train our people and give them the tools and authority to do the job right.
• Work with suppliers who share our commitment to quality.

Responsibility

Management is responsible for this policy and for providing the resources to carry it out. Every employee is responsible for the quality of his or her own work. This policy is communicated to all employees, reviewed for continuing suitability at management review, and made available to interested parties on request.
