Overview

Five-axis machining reaches five faces of a part in one setup. That allows complex contours, angled holes and organic shapes with fewer setups and better accuracy, in metals, plastics and composites.

Our capabilities

  • 01Complex 3D surfaces and contours
  • 02Angled holes and features in one setup
  • 03Moulds, patterns and fixtures
  • 04Prototype and low-volume parts
  • 05Reduced handling and setup error
  • 06Fine surface finish
